Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping

Cancellation Policy
